Hurricane Fund!

We are a private-members-only outdoor shooting range located on Galveston's west end. We are family-friendly and encourage parents, grandparents, and others to introduce our youth and non-shooters to firearms in a friendly and safe environment.  

The Club was established in 1939 as a non-profit organization and was incorporated in 1949.

We have 10 -12 pistol stations in two different bays that are independent of one another.  Our rifle range accommodates 25 yd, 50 yd, and 100 yd.  Pistol and Rifle ranges have covered firing lines for all-weather shooting.

Target stands with backers are provided for members, but you must bring your paper target and stapler.

Archery is allowed, providing you bring your target.

Eye and Ear protection is Mandatory for Everyone, including NON-shooters.

The Club offers USPSA competitive shooting matches to challenge any shooter's interest. All skill levels are welcome. Matches are held on the first Sunday of the month unless it rains, then it's held on the 3rd Sunday of the month.  The range is closed to members during the match.  Competitors can participate without being a member of the Club.  Check the competition page for details.
